Welcome to St Edmund's Junior School
Educating children from ages 3 - 13
At St Edmund's Junior School we aim to provide children with a happy and positive experience of childhood and a lively all-round education.
The attention and care we offer each child is made possible by small class sizes, the close links we foster with parents and the pastoral care we provide.
Our School is housed in separate buildings from the Senior School but offers a continuity for your child as he or she progresses from nursery and pre-prep years right through to A Levels.
Pupils aged 3 to 7 will attend our Pre-Prep School, Abingdon House, run by Mrs Frampton-Fell, before moving into the Lower School between ages 7 to 10, and finally the Upper School, from age 10 to 13.
Although we share the same campus as the Senior School, the Junior School has an identity and experience very much of its own and we are proud of our reputation as a friendly school with a family atmosphere.
We know our boys and girls very well and we enjoy their company. In the classroom and beyond our pupils are encouraged to discover and explore whatever aptitudes and interests they may have and this encourages the development of confidence and a sense of self-worth and personal achievement.
We hope you will visit our school to find out what makes St Edmund's Junior School such a special place.
