The Magic of Science

As part of our Book Week on "Magic, Potions and Spells" the children in Abingdon House were visited by three of the Senior School Science Teachers who arrived to demonstrate some very exciting experiments.

A "drop of sunshine" made one liquid turn all the different colours of the rainbow!

"Naughty goblins" made a special liquid that set matches alight!

Electricity made our hair stand on end!

They were met with cries of "Wow!", "How cool!" as their audience observed them make liquids explode, change colour and fizz before their eyes.
