St Edmunds School Canterbury celebrates outstanding A level success in 2007

With a pass rate of 99% and 71% of pupils scoring either A or B in their A levels, this was the best ever set of A level results for St Edmund's. Nearly one quarter of all pupils scored three A grades or more.
Most pupils have gained their first choice university place and will be going to universities throughout the country, including Oxford, Bath, Exeter and Warwick and other pupils have been successful in securing places at specialist music, art and drama colleges.
The Headmaster, Jeremy Gladwin, said: "I am proud of the achievements of our sixth form pupils who have once again excelled themeselves in their A level papers. These results are the culmination of two years of hard work on the part of both staff and pupils, who share credit for this outstanding set of grades.
