Mountain Biking Club Summer Expedition

The summer expedition of the Junior School Mountain Biking Club took place on the ten mile single-track route in Bedgebury Forest on Saturday afternoon. Purpose-built for mountain biking, this route has plenty to exercise mind and body with technical challenges requiring sustained concentration as well as some wonderfully curvy sections sweeping through the trees just inviting all-out effort. After several days of heavy rain there was plenty of water and mud around and we finished the ride well and truly caked in mud and dripping wet. Well done all – pupils, fathers and staff!
