Lent Term Music Examinations

The Music Department has just provided me with the results of the Associated Board exams which were held back in March, and are certainly worthy of publication!

Senior School successes were as follows:

Thomas Lowen - Piano - Grade 5 - Pass;

Alasdair McMaster - Piano - Grade 4 - Pass;

Emma Wink - Piano - Grade 6 - Merit;

Anna Louise Webb - Clarinet - Grade 2 - Pass;

Benedict Preece - French Horn - Grade 8 - Distinction;

Frederick White - Piano - Grade 8 - Pass;

Timothy Edlin - Piano - Grade 6 - Merit;

Gabrielle Hodnett - Voice - Grade 7 - Pass.

In addition to these excellent performances, there were 17 other successful candidates from Abingdon House, the Choir House, and from Junior School. Well done to each and every one, and to their respective teachers.

Grade 8 certificates will be presented, as ever, on Speech Day, Saturday July 4th.
