Going to the Darkroom

Grasshoppers and Crickets visited the Senior School dark room this week. The topic for the term is Senses and the children have been learning about sight. Mr Hodge welcomed us to his room and showed the children around. The children all had the opportunity to describe how they felt in complete darkness and which of their senses they used when they could not see. Reactions were varied from “it’s scary” to “it’s brilliant and I’m very brave!”
