Abingdon's Sponsored Obstacle Race

As part of our fund-raising for Stella, every child in Abingdon (and a few teachers!) took part in a sponsored obstacle race.

After an "Abingdon Warm Up" the children were divided into groups and every child had ten minutes to complete as many laps of the course as possible.

“I liked crawling through the tunnels” said Lily.

“I felt like Superman when I jumped from the top of the block” said Thomas.

Then the teachers had a chance to show their agility and completed a few circuits, cheered on by the children.

It was a wonderful morning and so far the race has raised an amazing £4124.42!
