Visit to the "Olympic Leap Bus"

The Dragonflies, Crickets and Grasshoppers walked to the University this morning to visit the “Olympic Leap Bus”.

The double decker road show bus has been refitted to include a computer room on the top deck and a film room in the bottom. It travels around the South East and the education officers involve the children in different activities all to do with the London Olympics 2012.

First the children talked about the Olympics and then designed and made different Olympic flags to represent Courage and Friendship.

They used the laptops on the bus to design their own medals.

The children really enjoyed the drama activities which focused on team work and listening.
