John Muir Award

The pupils spent their week engaged in activities designed to help them ‘discover, explore, conserve and share’ their wild space.  We completed insect plant and pond surveys, walked on trails to find materials for our bug hotels, walked barefoot in the rain and shared a campfire.  Four days of fun packed activities brought 24 pupils from many different nationalities together for the first time.  I hope that some of them will continue on to the next stage of the award next term.
