Vision 2026

From September 2026 St Edmund’s will be launching a new model for education at the school. We will operate as a Junior School (from Pre-Reception to Year 6) and a Senior School from Year 7 to Year 13.

These structural changes will be accompanied by significant investment in our learning environment.

British Biology Olympiad

Recently, our U6th Biologists took part in the British Biology Olympiad, an international Biology competition for 6th Formers. 9520 pupils entered from 668 schools worldwide. Tim Smith and Eloise Newman-Brown both received a Bronze medal, placing them in the top 25% of pupils. Lucy Bullows, Emily Collard, Jaya Lorne and Ellie Horder were highly commended and Alex Millard was commended. A truly spectacular result for the school!
