Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our School’s Cleaning, Laundry and Minibus services.

This varied role offers the opportunity to lead teams delivering essential services that support school life. You will provide supervision and line management for Cleaning Team Leaders, Minibus Drivers and Laundry Assistants, ensuring services are reliable, efficient and delivered to a consistently high standard.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will take responsibility for delegated operational matters and deputise when required. You will help maintain and continually improve operational standards, ensuring that compliance, health and safety, vehicle safety and BICSc requirements are met.

We are looking for a confident and approachable supervisor with strong organisational and communication skills. You will be able to manage competing priorities, support and motivate colleagues, and take a practical approach to resolving day-to-day challenges. Experience of supervising operational teams and a commitment to safe, high-quality service delivery will be important to your success.

A flexible approach to working hours is essential to meet the operational needs of the School.
