Resident Tutor
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic and approachable Resident Tutor to help create a welcoming, supportive and positive boarding environment for our pupils.
As a visible and engaged member of the boarding community, you will build strong relationships with pupils, taking an active interest in their wellbeing, development and day-to-day lives. Working closely with the Director of Boarding and wider Boarding team, you will provide pastoral and academic support while helping to foster a strong sense of community and belonging.
You will also contribute to the wider life of the boarding house, including evening and weekend duties, and help create a positive home-from-home environment throughout term time.
