St Edmund’s at the East Kent Ploughing Match
St Edmund’s was delighted to have a stand at the East Kent Ploughing Match at Quex Park this week.
Many of our Junior School pupils visited the stand and had the chance to experience the sights, sounds, and traditions of this much-loved local event. From exploring farming displays and meeting animals to learning about countryside skills, it was a wonderful way to bring classroom learning to life.
The day offered a fantastic opportunity for pupils to gain hands-on insight into rural life, make connections with the local community, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of this annual event. We are grateful to the organisers of the East Kent Ploughing Match for welcoming us and helping to make it such an engaging and memorable day.
