Maintenance Operative

This is a practical, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day upkeep and presentation of the School’s estate. Working as part of the Estates team and reporting to the Estates Manager, you will carry out a range of general maintenance and repair tasks across buildings, grounds and facilities.

You will respond to routine and reactive maintenance needs, support planned works and ensure that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, in line with health and safety procedures and statutory requirements.

This role would suit someone who is reliable, proactive and practical, with a positive approach and pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
