Junior School Clubs

Pupils can chose from over 30 clubs and activities during lunchtimes and after school, which change on a termly basis to ensure that we make the most of the weather and our fantastic facilities.

Run by our dedicated teachers, these include choirs, hama beads, string ensemble, wind band, drama, computer coding, musical theatre, Lego, cup stacking, chess, gardening, mindful colouring and creative writing. Sports clubs and activities, run by our PE department, offer cricket, hockey, girls’ football and netball. Our extensive Forest School site is used for our Outdoor Adventures club, and our Animal Garden is home to chickens, rabbits and guinea pigs as well as our Animal Care club.

St Edmund’s is particularly proud to be the home of the East Kent Children’s Orchestra, which is open to young musicians across East Kent.
